Even today the public image that Bruce Lee has is of a brilliant fighter who practised Kung-Fu and popularized martial arts through his movies. But he had much more to offer and it is a pity that the philosophical side of his personality is often ignored. Since the accurate birth time is not available I have taken up a time which gives him an Aries Ascendant because this is the only Ascendant which matches with his physical and mental traits. The conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn the ninth and tenth lords respectively in the Ascendant forms a powerful Rajyoga, which manifests through his body (first house signification). Now the presence of Rahu in sixth was the reason behind the hard work he put in his adolescence years to learn the various disciplines of martial arts. His Rahu also brought him into contact with foreigners. In fact his wife was American as the sign dispositor of Rahu, Mercury is placed in the seventh house, the house of partnership and marriage. Most of his students and disciples were also Americans and his world-wide fame came only when he made movies under the Hollywood banner. Both his karmic control planets, Mercury and Jupiter are related to his first house showing that his field of action would be his body. The Ascendant lord Mars also aspects the Ascendant from the seventh house where it is posited along with Moon, Venus and Mercury further heightening the martial nature of the sign Aries. So every planet excepting the Sun is influencing his ascendant making it very strong. The presence of Mercury along with Mars allows his Rahu energy to blend with his personal energy. The presence of Neptune, the planet presiding over the cinematic realm, along with Rahu made him interested in reaching out to as many people as possible through this medium. It is no wonder his movies always had a Dragon element in their titles - "Enter the Dragon", " the Way of the Dragon" and "Return of the Dragon". The connection between the Nodes and Dragon is quite well known as discussed earlier and so it is no mystery where the magic factor was coming into his art which no one else has since been able to recapture. A lot of people have practised martial arts especially in China since ancient times but Bruce Lee was a revolutionary in the sense that he refused to be restricted by any traditional framework and went on to establish his very own method known as Jeet Kune Do (JKD). This revolt against authority so very characteristic of Rahu earned him a lot of enemies in the martial arts establishment. As mentioned before enemies are something that a native with such a placement has to deal with. Even though Bruce Lee came out on top of his opponents all the time he did suffer from the machinations of his enemies when he received severe injuries as he was attacked from behind by his detractors in a fight especially arranged by them. To the surprise of all the doctors who said he would not be able to practice his art again he regained his normal fitness with in a year. This can be attributed to the healing powers of Rahu in the sixth house. The presence of Ketu in the mystical sign of Pisces gave him a deep insight into the mystery of life and the functioning's of the cosmic intelligence. Ketu relays its influence to his Self (Ascendant) through its sign dispositor Jupiter. It was in the period of forced isolation recovering from his multiple injuries that he was able to finish his book which besides covering various aspects of JKD carried a fair bit of his own philosophy of life as well. This is probably why Ketu is considered a liberating influence in the twelfth house because even though it gives unpleasant times it helps a native to turn his energies inward and bring forth the wisdom from deep inside. His death took place suddenly at the young age of 33 in mysterious circumstances. This was due to the fact that he was running the Mercury age and Mercury is in the maraka house being a malefic lord. He was also running the mercury major period. A lot of theories propounded that his detractors had poisoned him but the truth is yet to be revealed. Mercury the sixth lord is in Swati a serpent nakshatra related to poisons in conjunction with eighth lord Mars! The moon is quite dark because of its proximity to the Sun. Mercury Moon combination in venus's sign in seventh shows a feminine influence surrounding his death. He died in the house of a female friend ( moon is the lord of the fourth). There is a definite connection between third, sixth, seventh and eigth houses in relation to Mercury. Further Saturn and Mars mutually aspect each other in first/seventh axis. So the death does not seem natural. Bruce Lee was working on a movie called "The Magic Flute" just before he died. He had already scouted suitable locations in India for the filming of the movie. It is interesting to note that Mozart died (or was killed) just after he finished a symphony titled "The Magic Flute"! The 5th lord in the 8th house in Scorpio shows that Bruce Lee was definitely privy to many Secrets (Click Here). Incidentally his son ( another 5th house issue) was also murdered in mysterious circumstances. As to those who carried out these murders the clue lies in his enemy house (sixth house). We can see that Rahu occupies the sign virgo ( representing virgin mary ... click here) in the sixth house.
